We are delighted to announce that Drift is participating in this year’s Halifax Burger Bash for the third time!
From April 11–20, we’ll be serving The Drift Umami Burger ($29) for brunch, lunch, and dinner. The D.U.B. features two 4oz beef patties, Brothers bacon, bone marrow butter, and aged cheddar. To top it off, we’ve added a sprinkle of sea truffle and mushroom duxelles, next to our housemade piccalilli. Served with Atlantic spiced fries, this burger is not to be missed.
For every burger sold, $5 will be donated to Feed Nova Scotia.
