This Mother’s Day feature, our Crobster Benedict brings together the best of land and sea. Nova Scotia crab and lobster are served atop a house‑baked chive and cheddar scone, finished with classic hollandaise, griddled potatoes, deviled tomato, and Button Brook greens. A brunch plate made for celebrating.
Also featured is Chef Lawry’s Sausage Roll, a heartfelt and elevated take on a comfort classic. Secret‑spiced sausage wrapped in herbed pastry is paired with local goat cheese, spring asparagus, a soft‑poached egg, colcannon, and organic greens.
To complement the table, enjoy our new house‑made Salt Air Sodas, crafted in‑house and inspired by nostalgic seaside flavours. Choose from Sarsaparilla Birch Beer, Moon Mist Cream Soda, or Sea Buckthorn Cola. Each can be enjoyed on its own, elevated with a spirit of your choice, or finished with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a nostalgic float.
