Gather with friends and family in our warm dining room and enjoy Maritime-inspired fare such as Caramelized Cauliflower & Chestnut Soup and Beet-cured Atlantic Salmon Carpaccio. For the main event, tuck into a traditional Nova Scotia Roast Turkey with all the fixings. To end the night, indulge in your choice of Pumpkin Pie or Apple Crisp – a true feast for the occasion.
