As part of our Tidal Surge dining series, enjoy a one-night-only collaboration dinner featuring unforgettable East Coast cuisine and outstanding Nova Scotian wines. Together with Chef Renée Lavallée of Dartmouth’s award-winning restaurant The Canteen , Chef Lawrence Deneau invites you to enjoy a memorable five-course dinner and  Benjamin Bridge wine pairings celebrating the best of Atlantic Canada.

We’ll start the evening at Muir hotel’s BKS for bubbles and canapés before we sit down to a remarkable meal in Drift’s cozy waterfront dining room. As each course is delivered, Benjamin Bridge winemaker Erin Carroll will speak to the selection of hand-picked small lot wines chosen to accompany each dish.
